Lucas took care of the Yellowjacket nest behind my siding, and one I hadn't seen while they were at it. I mean, NO... ACTIVITY the next day. I tried for weeks to get rid of that nest, and they took care of it in minutes and.my grandson is safer for it.read more

Chris the owner stopped by for a early 8am appointment. I had called just two days prior and was very surprised to get... scheduled in so fast. I'm dealing with a annoying small ant problem in a few spots of our home. Chris came in explained what he was going to do let me talk his ear off a bit and got right to work. I feel the need to post a updated review for Lucas pest management. I had previously left them a poor review, but I... never gave them a chance to explain themselves. After seeing my review, Mr. Lucas personally came to my house and insisted I accept a refund, along with a very sincere apology for the misunderstanding that we had. I truly believe that the issue that we had was greatly due to a lack of communication on my end. I personally believe that Lucas pest management puts 100% into their work, and stands behind their workmanship. After dealing with larger pest companies who care purely about money and not about The happiness of their customers, it was refreshing to meet an owner who cares so much about the happiness of his customers. I was very impressed with Lucas Pest Management! I discovered that wasps had been living between my siding and chimney.... I called Lucas around 2:00. By 4:00 they were at my house and spraying for them. The person that came out and sprayed was very polite and knowledgeable. The rates were very reasonable.
